Cloud computing is deliverd as a service nor as a product.Where resources,software,applications are shared on the network(Internet).
Cloud computing in abstract term is a cloud (Formation) of 3 things:
1)Application
2)Platform
3)Infrastructure.
Cloud providers deliver applications via the internet which intern can be accessed through the web browser,mobile devices.Traditionally software's were delivered as a product but now it will be delivered as a service.Salesforce CRM is one of the service providers of cloud computing.
Application
Application or SaaS(Software as a Service) deliver as a service over the internet.This thing eleminates installation of that software at the clients end.Many application have been created by many service providers.
